To book the South Golden Beach Community Hall please:

  1. Check the calendar to see the time slots that are available.
  2. Read the 'Hire Agreement and Conditions' page.
  3. Complete the on-line form, OR;
  4. Print, detach and complete the declaration on the second page of the 'Hire Agreement'. Then post it to the address provided OR This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it it to our booking officer.
  5. You will then be sent an invoice for the hire fee due with details of how to pay.
  6. If you wish to hire the hall on a regular basis you must also forward a copy of your public liability insurance policy.
  7. Please note that your preferred time slot can not be confirmed until receipt of the appropriate paper-work.

N.B. The definition of a volunteer group is a group (or person) which freely offers to perform a service or undertake a task.
